What should I do to make presentation in Conference Program?

Companies, which are willing to make presentations in Conference Program, should inform us the person who made the presentation and the presentation topic in Turkish and English by choosing the presentation day and time from the Schedule of Conference Program as below. Please make your reservation by sending the required information written above to the address demet.sarikas@artkim.com.tr

What are the dates for Stand Construction and Stand Dismantling?

Entrance to the area for Stand Construction will be in 8th March 2021, Monday, 16.00. Exit from the exhibition area should be done until 14th March 2021, Sunday, 12:00. Companies which do not leave the exhibition area before mentioned time will pay a fine € 5.000 according to the exhibition area rules.

What are entrance and exit hours for the exhibitors?

Entrance and exit for the exhibitors are between 09:00 and 18:00.

Where can I get Exhibitor Badges?

Before the date of exhibition, exhibitor badges which are filled out online system will be distributed on Wednesday, 19th February 2021, at registration desk in the exhibition area.

How can I request extra materials for package stand?

Companies requesting “Extra Materials” should give their orders online with the user name and password provided until 19th February 2021. Requests on site will be charged with 50 % increased rate

How can I request electricity, compressed air and water needed in the exhibition area?
Water and compressed air usage at the exhibition area is free of charge but installation of water and air connection is paid. However, companies still should apply for the necessary water and air connections and should give their ordersonline with the user name and password provided until 19th February 2021 Requests on site will be charged with 50 % increased rate. There is no water connection in Hall 11 and main foyer. There is no air connections in foyer.

How can I request the exhibition logistics services?

Services such as forklift, lifting crane etc. for materials to download and arrange are paid. Please contact with Mr. İsmail CON from our contracted company DHL Freight to learn about the prices per hours about the forklift and crane services on site.

How can I request the exhibition hostess services?

With your user name and password, request for hostess service can be given on online service system.

How can I request the exhibition catering services?

You may contact our contracted company İnci Ajans for on-site catering request.

How can I request cleaning service?

Artkim Fuarcılık will be responsible for cleaning of the Exhibition areas and corridors of the halls. If the companies would like to demand cleaning service for their stand areas, they should place their orders online.

Can it possible to dismantle the stands before official close time?

You cannot make completely or partly dismantle your stand before official close time.

How can I apply to be Exhibitor?

You should fill in the application form and click Complete Booth Request.

When is the deadline for applications?

There is no deadline for applications. Spaces will be rented according to availability of the spaces.

What is the minimum stand area?

Minimum stand area is 12 m 2.
